CTC Offroad Shipping Policy

CTC Offroad ships products throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the product, shipping method, and destination.

Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Because manufacturer inventory can change without notice, an item shown for sale may occasionally be temporarily unavailable or backordered. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated ship date or available options.

Processing Times
In-stock items are generally processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Drop-shipped, special-order, oversized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Oversized and Freight Shipments
Certain large or heavy products may require truck freight or additional shipping charges. If additional shipping arrangements are required, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Fitment Verification
Some products require vehicle or application verification before shipment. Customers may be contacted by CTC Offroad to confirm year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, suspension configuration, or other fitment information. Orders may be held until required fitment information is confirmed.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact CTC Offroad as soon as possible at sales@ctcoffroad.com with your order number and photographs of the package and product.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for certain products when offered at checkout or arranged directly with CTC Offroad.
