RPM Can-Am Maverick R " EXTREME HD " Turbo V-Band Clamp

 

The Stock V-band clamp is good for about one use at most. Any machine with a few miles on it tends to build rust on the threads of the factory clamp. Upon removal the threads jam, and the bolt breaks. Also a common issue is the V-bands always stick, this isn't normally a big issue BUT they can be damaged trying to free them off the turbo/exhaust. This is the RPM SxS "EXTREME HD" Turbo V-band clamp. The pictures speak for themselves, it's a warlock! Specifically for the Maverick R we include a Heat Shield Reduction Kit. This is a kit of hardware used to remove the small portion of the heat shield at the factory clamp. This allows for removal of the mid pipe with the turbo shields on, as well as more working room. This is not required for installation, but is included and makes installation of the HD clamp drastically easier especially when using a RPM Heat Blanket on any RPM Mid Pipe.
