Assault Industries Steering Wheel Removal Tool

The steering wheel boss is designed with a tapered spline to wedge the steering wheel onto the steering column. Once the steering wheel is installed it becomes stuck on the column. By design; this ensures that the steering wheel will remain firmly in place should the retainer nut become loose. The steering wheel removal tool; also known as a steering wheel puller; is designed to carefully and safely slide the steering away from the taper on the column.

NOTE: Never attempt to remove the steering wheel without the proper tools. Failure to do so can result in damage to the steering column; steering box or personal injury.
